Problem to Solve
Royal Records lacked a strong visual identity to capture the nostalgic charm of the analog media it sold. The brand needed a refresh that would celebrate its retro roots while appealing to a modern audience.
Solution
The rebrand focused on infusing the identity with color, warmth, and a sense of fun. Bold, warm-toned color palettes and cool, wavy patterns were used to evoke nostalgia while giving the brand a fresh, energetic feel. The new visual system brings back the spirit of old-school media formats, vinyls, cassettes, CDs through a playful yet cohesive design that feels both familiar and exciting.
